Easter Fun

Mommy decided the other morning that it was time to break out the frosting and sprinkles and tackle the Easter cookies. The kids were excited of course but I knew I had my work cut out for me.

As Mattea is getting older, she is concentrating more and taking time with details whereas before she would simply spread, squeeze, and slather frosting everywhere.

Paloma - well, Paloma basically just ate frosting. She really wanted nothing to do with decorating - but wanted everything to do with eating.

The finished products....Mattea was proud and wanted to show them off. Paloma just wanted a bite of them.
It was a good time but oooh those cookies tasted awful. The kids were the only ones who ate them.

The point is that they had fun and thought they were yummy--less pressure for you to eat them
all :-)
