Planting Seeds

Last night, Mattea attempted stage one of our seed planting experience. We bought some paint and small pots and she was able to decorate her pots however she wanted. Messy - yes! Fun - Of course!

After letting the pots dry over night, today was planting day! We even let Paloma help out. She loved digging in the dirt.

As you can see, Paloma got more dirt on her lap and the floor than she did in the pot.

Finally, our project was complete when Mattea gave the seeds their first water. Hopefully in a few weeks, we'll have some beautiful flowers.
