This weekend sparked a perfect opportunity to get the girls out to the beach. It wasn't blistering - sweat your bum off hot, but warm enough to make for some comfortable swimming water. It was awesome. The girls were able to entertain themselves and each other while Dave and I soaked up some rays. We commented on how nice it is to have the girls at a developmental point where they are not totally relying on us for entertainment. We are having a blast out here - anyone want to come out and visit?

I wish we could come for a visit. How far is it from good ol' WI? The beach looks great! We have one that is 20 mins away that we love to go to, and I just sit on the blanket with rhys while the other 2 play away. It is nice as they get older how much they can play by themselves.
I cut Ethny's hait myself. Not quite as short as Matteas, but I took a good 4 inches off. I love it! If I can get her to hold still I'll get a pic. Have a good day, my friend! I'm off to fold 3 loads of laundry, hopefully before Heffalump is over and Rhys wakes up :)
